1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the gn777 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account's existence:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. gn777 enforces a minimum age of 21 — higher than the 18-year minimum common on European platforms — in alignment with the expectations of Indonesian regulatory and community standards.
2. You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Corporations, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register accounts.
3. You are accessing gn777 voluntarily and in a personal capacity, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
4. You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or any other restriction that would prohibit you from engaging in online gambling activities.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

Where duplicate accounts are detected, gn777 will merge or close the secondary accounts, cancel any associated bonus balances, and may permanently suspend all accounts involved. Any withdrawals processed from duplicate accounts prior to detection may be reversed.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. 3.4 Account Closure by gn777

4 KYC Verification

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by gn777's finance team during operational hours (WIB). Verified accounts typically receive withdrawal processing within 1–4 hours during standard business hours. Processing times may extend to up to 24 hours during peak periods, outside Indonesian banking hours, or during public holidays. gn777 does not guarantee same-day processing and makes no warranties as to bank-side transfer completion times, which are subject to the policies of the receiving financial institution.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. Players with active bonus balances subject to wagering requirements must satisfy those requirements before the bonus-derived portion of their balance becomes withdrawable. gn777 reserves the right to apply a 72-hour internal review period for withdrawal requests that trigger AML thresholds. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by gn777 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion and to these General Bonus Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by the applicable wagering requirements and validity conditions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus credit before it becomes withdrawable). 6.3 Game Contribution Rates

Where bonus abuse is confirmed, gn777 reserves the right to void the bonus balance, cancel pending withdrawals derived from bonus play, and permanently suspend the account.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the gn777 platform operate under the rules established by the respective game providers. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome of a game round or sports bet, the following policies apply:

• Slot and RNG Games: If a game round is interrupted before completion, gn777 will attempt to resume the round from its last recorded state. If resumption is not technically possible, the round will be voided and the staked amount refunded to your balance.
• Live Casino: In the event of a dealer error, video stream failure, or technical malfunction mid-round, the round will be voided and stakes refunded. gn777 follows the ruling of the game provider's live casino operations team in disputed live casino outcomes.

8 Prohibited Activities

11 Limitation of Liability

gn777's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in this clause limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12 Privacy and Data

By creating an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and improvement of platform services. gn777 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is retained in accordance with applicable data protection standards and deleted upon account closure where legally permissible.

13 Amendments to These Terms
